We're thrilled to announce a significant milestone for the BNB Chain ecosystem: the public launch of opBNB's mainnet on September 13, 2023!

opBNB is the L2 of BNB Smart Chain. It is compatible with the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM) and built on the Optimism OP Stack. It's designed to revolutionize blockchain technology by dramatically reducing gas fees, making blockchain accessible to all—a core part of BNB Chain’s mission.
