The Website is maintained and operated by BNB Foundation (the “BNB Foundation”) as a portal for information, news, educational materials, developer resources, and community updates about BNB Chain and its ecosystem. For the avoidance of doubt, BNB Foundation does not operate or control BNB Chain and cannot operate or control activity or data on BNB Chain, the activities of persons who develop and use applications on BNB Chain, the validation of transactions on BNB Chain, or the use of BNB Chain. BNB Chain is an open-source protocol that is maintained and processed by BNB Chain validators across the globe.
Any additional terms, conditions, or disclaimers contained within specific subdomains or features of the Website are incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Notice available at bnbchain.org/en/privacy-policy.

Nothing on the Website should be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use, copy, or imitate, in whole or in part, any trademark displayed on the Website, without BNB Foundation’s written permission.

BNB Foundation is not liable for any claims arising out of Website User Submissions. You warrant that you have all rights needed to make available your Website User Submissions in accordance with this Disclaimer and applicable laws or regulations.
6.2. Specific community platforms (such as the Build N Build Forum or DAppBay) may have their own supplemental community guidelines governing conduct and submissions. Those guidelines are available on the respective platforms and are incorporated by reference where applicable.
6.3. Where features of the Website allow you to submit ratings, reviews, or comments, you may not post dishonest, abusive, misleading, or bad-faith content, or post, modify, or remove content in exchange for compensation or incentive.

All such interfaces and applications are developed and operated by independent third parties, not by BNB Foundation, and may not have been audited, endorsed, or verified by BNB Foundation.

Neither party is responsible for any loss or damages caused by delay or failure to perform undertakings under this Disclaimer when the delay or failure is due to fires; strikes; floods; power outages or failures; acts of God or the state’s enemies; lawful acts of public authorities; computer, server, or Internet malfunctions; security breaches or cyberattacks; criminal acts; delays or defaults caused by common carriers; acts or omissions of third parties; or, any other delays, defaults, failures or interruptions that cannot reasonably be foreseen or provided against.
13.1. The rights, duties, and obligations contained in this Disclaimer are not assignable by you without BNB Foundation’s prior written consent. The rights, duties, and obligations contained in this Disclaimer are freely assignable by BNB Foundation without notice or your consent. Any assignment attempt by you without written consent is void.
14.1. You agree that any claims relating to this Disclaimer (whether based on contract, tort, statute, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other legal theory, and whether the claims arise during or after your use of the Website) shall be brought only on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative action or proceeding. No adjudicator may consolidate or join more than one person’s or party’s claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding. You further agree to waive any right for such claims to be brought, heard, or arbitrated as a class, collective, representative, or private attorney general action, to the extent permissible by applicable law. Any relief awarded to any one visitor cannot and may not affect any other visitors.
