BNB Chain’s Most Valuable Builder (MVB) Program Returns with Season 8: Deadline Extended to September 25

We’re excited to announce that the application deadline for Season 8 of the BNB Chain’s Most Valuable Builder (MVB) Program has been extended to September 25, 2024 at 11:59 PM. This extension allows us to further support and engage with innovators who are shaping the future of Web3. In response to feedback from our community and the growing interest from high-potential projects, we’ve decided to extend the deadline to ensure that more teams have the opportunity to participate.

This 4-week accelerator program will be held more frequently, increasing to one season per quarter. It will also include a 2-day offline event in Dubai offering participants the chance to connect with peers, mentors, and guest speakers. Apply here.

The MVB program is a collaborative effort between BNB Chain, Binance Labs, and CMC Labs. MVB Season 8 continues to provide early-stage Web3 builders with the resources and support needed to thrive within the BNB Chain ecosystem.

About MVB Season 8

Since its inception in 2021, the MVB program has grown tremendously, with over 4,900 applications and more than 93 projects accelerated. MVB alumni have made significant strides, ranking globally in sectors such as DeFi, NFT, gaming, and infrastructure. Notably, several projects from the past few seasons have achieved listings on top-tier centralized exchanges. The MVB program will enable early-stage projects and founders to:

• Be supported with resources, tools, and a tailored curriculum aimed at achieving long-term growth.
• Exposure to coaching and workshops. Key topics typically covered include legal considerations, security, cross-chain infrastructures, GTM strategies, tokenomics, and fundraising.
• Additional opportunities include fireside chats, 1:1 mentorship, potential Binance Labs Investment team, and exposure through CoinMarketCap channels.

Celebrating the Recognized Projects of Season 7

Season 7 attracted over 700 applications, with less than 2% being accepted. From these exceptional applicants, 13 standout teams were chosen for their extraordinary talent and innovation in the Web3 space.

Participants in the MVB Accelerator Program benefited from a comprehensive curriculum tailored for early-stage Web3 projects. Founders and team members received personalized mentorship from experts at BNB Chain, CMC Labs, and Binance Labs, as well as invaluable insights from successful founders through fireside chats. Additionally, they gained access to the BNB Chain Launch-as-a-Service (LaaS) package, offering support in infrastructure, security, treasury management, business growth, and marketing, valued at up to $300,000.

After a rigorous evaluation process, Binance Labs has announced investments in four top-performing projects from Season 7. These investments highlight Binance Labs’ commitment to nurturing high-potential projects that offer meaningful contributions to the Web3 ecosystem. The selected projects were:

• Aggregata: Unifies AI data, models, and computing into a seamless, one-stop platform.
• Opinion Labs: Building dynamic opinion and continuous prediction markets.
• SideKick: The Consolidation Hub for Social, games, and beyond.
• Vooi: A cross-chain perp DEX aggregator supporting EVM and non-EVM chains.
