How Liquid Staking Works?

Just like how native staking works, you stake BNB to liquid staking providers (protocols) to earn staking APY.

Liquid staking providers will provide the liquid staking BNB token, which is redeemable for the BNB they staked.

These tokens can be used in the whole DeFi ecosystem, eg. Money market, AMMs, Yield Farming, and Restaking to earn more APY, thereby unlocking the liquidity of the staked BNB.
